PT Grout

Neat, high performance, shrinkage compensated, post-tensioning grout.
PT Grout is an unsanded, Portland cement based, expanding shrinkage compensated, post tensioning grout containing silica fume and other carefully selected components. PT Grout is pumpable, has enhanced flowability making it ideal for grouting post tensioning cables, tendons and other highly stressed steel cable applications.

Uses

  • Grouting pre-tensioned or post-tensioned cables or rods.
  • For most other grouted anchor requirements including, cable bolting, earth tie-backs for excavation or soil stabilization, grouting anchors in tunnel support systems, re-bar grouting and grouting soil or rock tendons for anchoring piles or foundation structures.
  • Infill of pipe piles.
